Our cats just love the tree. After tusseling for the top tier, they came to an agreement on sharing. Very sturdy materials, solid, doesn't rock or wobble. Love the gray color. Our handyman/friend assembled it and had no problems with the directions. Overall, our cats love it, we love it!

It's a nice sturdy piece of furniture - one of my cats took to it immediately. Even my small dog has enjoyed the bottom box. However, my order was lost, the instructions could be clearer (be sure you work out which direction is the front, or you'll assemble multiple times), & you'll want a mallet to hammer the wooden buttons over the screws. Finally - the stain on my Lotus Cat Tower is missing in three small areas. I asked for a least a referral for exactly what I should buy to fix the issue. I was only advised to go to a hardware store. For the price, I expected better. Still the tower makes my cat happy, so Worth It.

It's beautiful, and really looks good in our relatively modern home. The only thing stopping me from 5 starring the tree is that the pegs that shipped to cover the screw holes did not stay in place, even when wood glue is applied to them. A slight interference fit between the peg and the hole would fully fix that.
On the positive side, it works great for our relatively large cat (15 lb), and is fully stable.
